Through a planned maintenance programme, you are able to concentrate on your business, leaving Global Star to make sure that your installations are fully compliant and kept up–to–date with the latest legislative regulations.
It is thought that unplanned and unexpected maintenance may amount to as much as half of all money spent on existing buildings, but like most unexpected things, can be avoided through proper forward planning.
Regardless of the size of your site, we are able to develop a custom–designed preventative maintenance programme which is carried out at predetermined intervals with the intention of reducing the probability of failure.
Benefits include:
- Regular planned visits to check the electrical, gas and plumbing installations and identify any potential problems before they cause trouble.
- Global Star service engineers will visit twice per year to carry out visual electrical safety checks and test gas appliances, fire alarm and emergency lighting systems. In addition the service engineer will carry out portable appliance tests.
- Global Star vehicles are fully stocked which enables engineers to undertake minor remedial works or lamp changes at the time of their visit and ensure that your installation is kept looking and working as new.
- With your regular payment plan, costs are speared annually so that you can manage your cash flow and we can keep you safe and compliant.
