When we agree a price we stick to it, we are committed to looking after our customers and take ownership of our designs, so provided the design specification remains unchanged so does our price.
3. Highly trained engineers
All of our Engineers are qualified under JIB (join industry board) standards except for our apprentices who will only be on your premises if assisting a qualified Engineer – All engineers carry a photo evidence card to prove their competence and for identification.
4. Clean and tidy
We leave all jobs as clean as we find them, our engineers are trained to clear their mess so that there is no sign of them ever having been there.
5. Polite courteous and well mannered
All of our engineers are trained in customer care and believe in going the extra mile for our customers. Thier job is to make your job easy, so they will work around you wherever possible to cause you no disruption.
